User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for checking AI-extracted invoice and recipe data before approving it.
• Users must keep account credentials secure and only upload files they are permitted to process.
• Users should verify tax, accounting and menu-pricing decisions with appropriate professionals.

Billing

Boss Chef is sold as one monthly subscription per location. The current offer includes unlimited invoice uploads, recipe photos and rota users. App access may include a free demo or trial depending on configuration.
